Ms. Airst serves as a Sales and Leasing Associate for ALR, where she is responsible for marketing and promotional efforts of the company’s real estate projects. This includes acquisition management, sales and occupancy oversight in the existing portfolio, and maintaining tenant relations. She formulates and implements company sales strategy, ensures that each property meets or exceeds its income goals, establishes marketing programs, reviews acquisition proforma sales and leasing goals, as well as maintains and improves upon ALR’s competitive market data system. Margo has been involved with commercial, multifamily, retail and industrial real estate projects for a number of years.

Margo successfully passed her Pennsylvania real estate sales licensing examination and is expanding her regional contacts in the Northeastern part of the U.S. In addition, she is overseeing ALR’s Internship Program to help young people explore career paths in commercial real estate investment and development.

Prior to joining ALR, Margo was recognized for her commitment to excellence by such organizations as the Pennsylvania Department of Education, the National Merit Scholarship Foundation, Future Business Leaders of America, and the Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Foundation.

She maintains close community ties by volunteering for the Peak Performance Lifestyles Foundation and the Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Association. Margo is also a member of the Philadelphia Society of Young Professionals.
